How do I customize my #HBCUnity Top 5 shirt?

You will be required to enter your Top 5 schools in order to add to cart. Please note that there is a 14 character per line limit.

When will I receive my order?

All items are made to order, so our standard processing time is between 7-14 business days (2-3 weeks), excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is processed and ships

Are the Adult shirts unisex?

Yes, the Adult shirts are unisex unless otherwise noted, so please adjust your sizes accordingly.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges but if there is an issue on our end, please email hello@shophbcunitytees.com.

I received an incorrect or faulty item, what should I do?

If you receive your order and the item is either incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@shophbcunitytees.com.

Will I receive a tracking number? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with your tracking number. Click the tracking number link in the email to follow your order’s journey home!
